Tool and Die Steel P20 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel generally supplied in a pre-hardened condition of about 28-32 HRC. Its chemical composition contains around 0.28-0.45% carbon, 1.4% chromium, and 0.3% molybdenum, providing good resistance to wear, toughness, and excellent machinability.
