Stainless Steel 321H Square Bars and Rods are iron-based alloys containing a high percentage of chromium (17-19%), nickel (9-12%), and titanium (up to 0.8%) that provide resistance to oxidation and high-temperature environments. The “H” grade indicates higher carbon content for increased strength at elevated temperatures. The mechanical properties include tensile strength of 515-700 MPa, yield strength of 205-515 MPa, and excellent weldability. It offers good resistance to intergranular corrosion, high temperature stability, formability, and resistance to scaling. The bars are well suited for high-temperature applications, such as heat exchangers, exhaust systems, and chemical processing equipment.
